Montana Goat Milk Soap Return Policy
We hope that you are completely satisfied with every Montana Goat Milk Soap purchase. We stand behind the quality of our products and believe that they can make a positive difference in your skincare routine. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless they are damaged during shipping or are defective.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return for products that qualify. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping and handling costs for all returns, and these costs are non-refundable. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at montanagoatmilksoap@protonmail.com. If your return is accepted, you’ll be provided with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Products must be returned to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on used or opened items. Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale items, gift cards, or custom products.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
